Anti-RPL37 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribosomal protein L37. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 97 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. A member of the Eukaryotic ribosomal protein eL37 protein family, RPL37 is a known component of the large ribosomal subunit. Synonyms for this target antigen include eL37, 60S ribosomal protein L37, 60S ribosomal protein L37a, G1.16, large ribosomal subunit protein eL37, and L37. RPL37 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the RPL37 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
