Anti-RGNEF antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RGNEF antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARHGEF28 gene, which encodes Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 28. This protein is known to function in cell differentiation and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of RGNEF has a canonical amino acid length of 1705 residues and a protein mass of 191.9 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebral cortex and hippocampus. Indicated applications for RGNEF antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
