Anti-PLEKHG4B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pleckstrin homology and RhoGEF domain containing G4B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1271 amino acid residues and a mass of 139.7 kDa. PLEKHG4B is known to be involved with axon guidance and GPCR signaling pathways. The PLEKHG4B marker can be used to identify Amygdala Excitatory Neurons.* Synonyms for this target antigen include PH domain-containing family G member 4B, pleckstrin homology domain containing, family G (with RhoGef domain) member 4B, and pleckstrin homology domain-containing family G member 4B. PLEKHG4B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and chimpanzee species.
