Anti-TSNARE1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein t-SNARE domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 513 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. TSNARE1 is known to be involved with intracellular protein transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include t-SNARE domain-containing protein 1. TSNARE1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for TSNARE1 antibodies.
