Anti-CLEC2L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein C-type lectin domain family 2 member L. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 214 amino acid residues and a mass of 23.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and cerebellum. CLEC2L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the CLEC2L antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
