Anti-IQUB antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein IQ motif and ubiquitin domain containing. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 791 amino acid residues and a mass of 92.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. IQUB is a reported adaptor protein that anchors the radial spoke 1 (RS1) complex to the A microtubule of outer doublet microtubules in axonemes. Synonyms for this target antigen include IQ and ubiquitin-like domain-containing protein. IQUB gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the IQUB antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
