Anti-Mediator complex subunit 13L antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene MED13L in humans. The gene may also be known as mediator complex subunit 13 like, MRFACD, PROSIT240, THRAP2, TRAP240L, and mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 13-like. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 242.6 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
