Anti-PCNXL2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PCNXL2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PCNX2 gene, which encodes pecanex 2. This protein is believed to play a role in tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinomas with high microsatellite instability (MSI-H). The human version of PCNXL2 has a canonical amino acid length of 2137 residues and a protein mass of 237.3 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells. PCNXL2 is a member of the Pecanex protein family. Indicated applications for PCNXL2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
