Anti-TEX9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein testis expressed 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 391 amino acid residues and a mass of 44.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include testis-expressed protein 9 and testis-expressed sequence 9 protein. TEX9 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunohistochemistry is the most common application for the TEX9 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
