Anti-phospholipase A2 receptor 1, 180kDa antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The phospholipase A2 receptor 1, 180kDa antigen is another term for the human protein phospholipase A2 receptor 1, encoded by the PLA2R1 gene. The protein is a known receptor for secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2). Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1463 residues and a mass of 168.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. It is notably expressed in podocytes. Other alias names for phospholipase A2 receptor 1, 180kDa include CLEC13C, PLA2-R, and PLA2G1R.
