Anti-PCIF1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein phosphorylated CTD interacting factor 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 704 amino acid residues and a mass of 80.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The PCIF1 protein is a member of the CAPAM protein family.
