Anti-SET domain containing 1A, histone lysine methyltransferase antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SETD1A in humans. The gene may also be known as SET1, Set1A, KMT2F, histone-lysine N-methyltransferase SETD1A, and SET domain-containing protein 1A. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 186 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
