The gene may also be known as CAHL, hYTHDC2, 3'-5' RNA helicase YTHDC2, and CsA-associated helicase-like protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 160.2 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
