Anti-Patched 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene PTCH2 in humans. The Patched 2 protein has an expected mass of 130.5 kDa, but there are 2 reported isoforms. The protein may also be known as Ptc2, protein patched homolog 2, and patched homolog 2. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
