Anti-MIG7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MIG7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BCAR3 gene, which encodes BCAR3 adaptor protein, NSP family member. This protein is known to function in DNA replication and MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of MIG7 has a canonical amino acid length of 825 residues and a protein mass of 92.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast, tonsil, and adrenal gland. Indicated applications for MIG7 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
