Anti-FBXO30 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein F-box protein 30. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 745 amino acid residues and a mass of 82.3 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. FBXO30 is known to be involved with protein ubiquitination. Post-translational modifications have been described, including ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include F-box domain protein, F-box only protein, helicase, 18, and F-box only protein 30. FBXO30 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for FBXO30 antibodies.
