Anti-INTS2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein integrator complex subunit 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1204 amino acid residues and a mass of 134.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. A member of the Integrator subunit 2 protein family, INTS2 is a known component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. INTS2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the INTS2 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
