Anti-HEATR6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein HEAT repeat containing 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1181 amino acid residues and a mass of 128.8 kDa. Synonyms for this target antigen include amplified in breast cancer 1, amplified in breast cancer protein 1, and HEAT repeat-containing protein 6. HEATR6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of HEATR6 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
