Anti-GPN-loop GTPase 2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the GPN2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 310 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.6 kDa. A member of the GPN-loop GTPase protein family, it is known to be a small gtpase required for proper localization of RNA polymerase II and III (RNAPII and RNAPIII). Other names for this target antigen include ATPBD1B and ATP-binding domain 1 family member B.
