Anti-INO80B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein INO80 complex subunit B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 356 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. INO80B is known to be involved with chromatin remodeling and DNA repair. Synonyms for this target antigen include PAP (Pim-1 associated protein) associated protein 1, PAP-1 binding protein, PAP-1-associated protein 1, high mobility group AT-hook 1-like 4, zinc finger HIT domain-containing protein 4, and IES2 homolog.
