Anti-Roco1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Roco1 is a known alias name of the protein leucine rich repeat kinase 1, encoded by the LRRK1 gene in humans. This 2015-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in the negative regulation of bone mass, acting through the maturation of osteoclasts. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell.
