Anti-NAT antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NAT is a known alias name of the protein bromodomain containing 2, encoded by the BRD2 gene in humans. This 801-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in spermatogenesis or folliculogenesis (By similarity). It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the colon, tonsil, and breast. Other synonyms for NAT include BRD2-IT1, D6S113E, and FSH. These NAT antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
