Anti-FUK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FUK is a known alias name of the protein fucose kinase, encoded by the FCSK gene in humans. This 1084-amino acid residue protein is a member of the GHMP kinase protein family. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in fibroblasts.
