Anti-CNPY4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein canopy FGF signaling regulator 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 248 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.3 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. A member of the Canopy protein family, CNPY4 is reported to play a role in the regulation of the cell surface expression of TLR4. Synonyms for this target antigen include PRotein Associated with Tlr4, canopy 4 homolog, and protein canopy homolog 4. CNPY4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some CNPY4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for these antibodies.
