Anti-IPFK2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target IPFK2 is a known alias name of the protein 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-biphosphatase 3, encoded by the PFKFB3 gene in humans. This 520-amino acid residue protein is known to catalyze both the synthesis and degradation of fructose 2,6-bisphosphate. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The term PFK2 is another synonym for IPFK2. Indicated applications for IPFK2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
