Anti-CCDC147 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CCDC147 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CFAP58 gene, which encodes cilia and flagella associated protein 58. This protein is known to function in cilium assembly and the Notch signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of CCDC147 has a canonical amino acid length of 872 residues and a protein mass of 103.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell projections and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the endometrium and fallopian tube. CCDC147 is a member of the CFAP58 protein family.
