Anti-DCTPP1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dCTP pyrophosphatase 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 170 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm. Synonyms for this target antigen include XTP3-transactivated protein A, dCTPase 1, deoxycytidine-triphosphatase 1, and XTP3-transactivated gene A protein. DCTPP1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Some DCTPP1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
