Anti-CP110 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CP110 is a known alias name of the protein centriolar coiled-coil protein 110, encoded by the CCP110 gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 1012 residues and a mass of 113.4 kDa. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. The term Cep110 is another synonym for CP110. Indicated applications for CP110 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
