Anti-ANKS4B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ankyrin repeat and sterile alpha motif domain containing 4B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 417 amino acid residues and a mass of 46.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell projections. It is reported to be expressed in the kidney and small intestine. ANKS4B is known to be involved with cell differentiation and the assembly of protein complexes. Synonyms for this target antigen include harmonin-interacting ankyrin-repeat containing protein, and ankyrin repeat and SAM domain-containing protein 4B. ANKS4B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ANKS4B antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
