Anti-ENDOD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein endonuclease domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 500 amino acid residues and a mass of 55 kDa. It has been described to be a secreted protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the DNA/RNA non-specific endonuclease protein family, ENDOD1 is believed to act as a DNase and a RNase. Synonyms for this target antigen include endonuclease domain-containing 1 protein. ENDOD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ENDOD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
