Anti-DQX1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DEAQ-box RNA dependent ATPase 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 717 amino acid residues and a mass of 79.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the small intestine, rectum, duodenum, colon, and appendix. Synonyms for this target antigen include DEAQ RNA-dependent ATPase DQX1, DEAQ box polypeptide 1 (RNA-dependent ATPase), and ATP-dependent RNA helicase DQX1. DQX1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DQX1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
