Anti-CTAGE6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CTAGE family member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 777 amino acid residues and a mass of 87.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. A member of the CTAGE protein family, CTAGE6 is known to be involved with Golgi transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include cutaneous T-cell lymphoma-associated antigen 6, protein cTAGE-6, putative protein cTAGE-6, and CTAGE family, member 6, pseudogene. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the CTAGE6 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
