Anti-CDR2L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cerebellar degeneration related protein 2 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 465 amino acid residues and a mass of 53 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the CDR2 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include paraneoplastic 62 kDa antigen, paraneoplastic antigen, and HUMPPA. CDR2L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of CDR2L antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
