Anti-CCNJ antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cyclin J. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 372 amino acid residues and a mass of 42.6 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate, vagina, and breast. It is a member of the Cyclin protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include bA690P14.1. CCNJ gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These CCNJ antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
