Anti-ARFGAP3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ADP ribosylation factor GTPase activating protein 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 516 amino acid residues and a mass of 56.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. ARFGAP3 is known to be involved with intracellular protein transport and vesicle-mediated transport. Synonyms for this target antigen include ARFGAP1. ARFGAP3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of ARFGAP3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
