Anti-CDH10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cadherin 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 788 amino acid residues and a mass of 88.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. CDH10 is known to be involved with cell adhesion. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include T2-cadherin and cadherin 10 type 2. CDH10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chicken species. A number of CDH10 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
