Anti-CCDC97 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 97. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 343 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include coiled-coil domain-containing protein 97. CCDC97 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CCDC97 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
