Anti-GADS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GADS is a known alias name of the protein GRB2 related adaptor protein 2, encoded by the GRAP2 gene in humans. This 330-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the colon and lung. Western Blot is the most common application for the GADS antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
