Anti-Secreted frizzled related protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SFRP1 in humans. The gene may also be known as SARP2, FRP, FRP-1, FRP1, FrzA, SARP-2, and sFRP-1. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 35.4 kilodaltons in mass. The SFRP1 marker can be used to identify Gray Matter Chandelier Neurons.* Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
