Anti-RSG1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RSG1 antigen is another term for the human protein ciliogenesis and planar polarity effector complex subunit 2, encoded by the CPLANE2 gene. The protein is reported to be a potential effector of the planar cell polarity signaling pathway. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 258 residues and a mass of 28.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The RSG1 protein is a member of the Rab protein family. Indicated applications for RSG1 antibodies listed below include Western Blot.
