Anti-TSTA3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TSTA3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GFUS gene, which encodes GDP-L-fucose synthase. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of TSTA3 has a canonical amino acid length of 321 residues and a protein mass of 35.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be notably expressed in the testis, kidney, bronchus, breast, and adrenal gland. Other names for this target antigen include FX, P35B, and SDR4E1. A number of TSTA3 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
