Anti-OR2B11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily B member 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 317 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 2B11 and novel 7 transmembrane receptor (rhodopsin family) protein. OR2B11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR2B11 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
