Anti-RELL1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RELT like 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 271 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the RELT protein family, RELL1 is reported to induce activation of MAPK14/p38 cascade, when overexpressed. Post-translational modifications have been described, including phosphorylation and glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include receptor expressed in lymphoid tissues like 1, tmp_locus_29, and RELT-like protein 1. RELL1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for RELL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
