Anti-DOCK11 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dedicator of cytokinesis 11. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2073 amino acid residues and a mass of 237.7 kDa. A member of the DOCK protein family, DOCK11 is known to be involved with marginal zone B cell differentiation. Synonyms for this target antigen include Activated Cdc42-associated guanine nucleotide exchange factor, ACG, zizimin-2, zizimin2, and dedicator of cytokinesis protein 11. DOCK11 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These DOCK11 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
