Anti-TRBC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein T cell receptor beta constant 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 176 amino acid residues and a mass of 19.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. TRBC1 is known to be involved with adaptive immune responses. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. The TRBC1 marker can be used to identify CD4 Naïve Cells and Regulatory T Cells.* Some TRBC1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Flow Cytometry is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
