Anti-THUMPD3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein THUMP domain containing 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 507 amino acid residues and a mass of 57 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the Methyltransferase protein superfamily. Synonyms for this target antigen include tRNA (guanine(6)-N2)-methyltransferase THUMP3 and THUMP domain-containing protein 3. THUMPD3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some THUMPD3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
