Anti-POLR2J2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RNA polymerase II subunit J2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 115 amino acid residues and a mass of 13.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. It is a member of the Archaeal Rpo11/eukaryotic RPB11/RPC19 RNA polymerase subunit protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include DNA directed RNA polymerase II polypeptide J-related, DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit J2, RNA polymerase II subunit B11-b1, and DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit RPB11-b1. Western Blot is the most common application for the POLR2J2 antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
