Anti-CSDA antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CSDA antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the YBX3 gene, which encodes Y-box binding protein 3. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CSDA has a canonical amino acid length of 372 residues and a protein mass of 40.1 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate, vagina, and bronchus. This target antigen may also be known as CSDA1. Indicated applications for CSDA antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
