Anti-SWT1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SWT1 RNA endoribonuclease homolog. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 900 amino acid residues and a mass of 103.2 kDa. It is noted to be expressed weakly in testis. It is a member of the SWT1 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include HsSwt1, transcriptional protein SWT1, and C1orf26. SWT1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the SWT1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
