Anti-NOL10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nucleolar protein 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 688 amino acid residues and a mass of 80.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the WD repeat NOL10/ENP2 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include H_NH0074G24.1 and polyglutamine binding protein 5. NOL10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some NOL10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
